Weekly Menu for 1/1/12 – 1/7/12

I’m being selfish right now.  This is way more for me than it is you.

If I don’t want to be scrambling at 5 o’clock in the evening trying to figure what we are going to have for dinner I need to plan ahead.  It is one of the most important things you can do to keep yourself on budget.  I don’t always do it and I always regret it.  Always.

My menu may not work perfectly for you but I sure hope some of the recipes or ideas will help.  Feel free to substitute certain ingredients for what you have on hand and what is currently on sale at your grocery store.

Monday January 2 – Sloppy Joe’s {new post}

Tuesday January 3 – Crunchy Coconut Chicken

Wednesday January 4 – Crisp Bean Burritos

Thursday January 5 – Thai Beef Cabbage Wraps

Friday January 6 – Spicy Black Bean Burgers {new post}

Saturday January 7 – Steak and Pepper Sandwiches

Looking over the ingredients apparently I’m going to need lots of green and red bell peppers.  Good thing I LUUUUUV them!
