No Bake Biscoff Cookies

AKA cookie crack.

AKA the diet destroyer.  Diet?  What diet!?  Right.

Every Monday, after dinner, we gather together as a family for Family Home Evening.  Now that the kids are getting busier with after school activities, I’m busy with deadlines, and mr is busy at work it’s extremely important we have one night a week that is just ours.

We start with a prayer, have a little lesson or play a game then, the moment the kids have been waiting for, the treats!  I try to remember to plan ahead.  Really, I do.  Then there are times when I need something really fast.

I can make these right after dinner and they are ready to inhale before we are done.  And when I say “inhale” I mean it.  My kids are like vacuums with limitless sucking capability.  I think they chewed a little bit but I can’t be sure.

  1. I am SO afraid to have any of this Biscoff spread in my house! I made a crust with the cookies and it was incredible. Your cookies sound irresistible!

  2. Woah! Making these asap!!

  3. If you are making those again tonight – I’m on my way over!! 🙂

  4. Holy moly, I would eat the whole batch. LOVE this!

  5. I love Biscoff cookies! these sound really good and easy – pretty sure I have a speculoos jar in my pantry…

  6. Um, wow. I’d eat all of them and not share! These look and sound delicious. Pinning!

  7. I admit. I am a Biscoffaholic. I made some ‘faux’ Biscoff cookies, then I made a frosting with cream cheese and Biscoff spread and sandwiched two cookies together. It was Biscoff heaven!

  8. I love your family night and you are inspiring me to do that in my home! We are starting to get busy during the week too, I always look forward to weekends with nothing planned.

These cookies sound and look just wonderful. I finally splurged and bought some biscoff with intentions to bake with it…however all I have been doing is eating it over ice cream or straight from the spoon :/

  9. These sound fabulous…and addictive! I’m in love with Biscoff spread!
