Cat in the Hat Snacks

Today just happens to be Dr. Seuss’ birthday.

The man who filled our imaginations with stories about a mischievous cat wearing a hat, an elephant who hears a who, and a man named Sam who does not like green eggs and ham.

They are some of my favorites as well as my children’s.

Today they get to lug their pillow and blanket to school to read stories by flash light in honor of Dr. Seuss and I thought it would be fun to surprise them with a fun little snack when they got home.

Just use your imagination and pretend these really are hats.  For cats.  Who like to sit on mats.  Or chase rats.

Aaaannnnd I got nothing.

I really did just sit here for a minute trying to think up another funny rhyme…kinda like what you are doing right now.

Share it if you got it.
